With no predictable system beforehand to connect with architects,

The Prospect DNA
J2 Groups first step was to identify what makes up the DNA of the ideal architect connection, and then to build this as a highly targeted database. J2 built a database focused on architects around Melbourne metro and with less than 50 employees, and the directors of these firms (the ideal partnership).
Personal & Non ‘Salesy’
Step two was then to reach out to this database in a personal & non ‘salesy’ way to build the relationship.
Converting At 15% To Lead
The outcome was highly successful, converting at 155 to lead of those we contacted and about 70- meetings in the first month with qualified architects. With continued success month in and month out and a pivot on other target markets, the future looks promising.
